• The 10-Hour Implementation Block

  Why We Don't Do "One-Off" Sessions

  At Achieve Milestones, we do not provide "visits." We provide Operational Systems. To move a child from "Medically Stable" to "Optimally Thriving," we must move through a full cycle of clinical management. A 10-hour block ($600) is the minimum requirement to ensure your child’s data actually moves the needle.

  The 10-Hour Lifecycle:

  Hours 1–3: The Baseline Audit We stop guessing. We spend the first three hours capturing the raw data of your child’s current function. We define the "Floor" and identify exactly where the "Slow Slide" is happening.

  Hours 4–6: Home-Lab Construction We build the protocol for the other 167 hours. I train you—the CEO—on the mechanical movements and cues needed to turn daily life (meals, play, rest) into a developmental engine.

  Hours 7–9: Workforce Alignment We prep for your specialists. We translate your Home-Lab data into Clinical Currency (percentages and metrics) so you can walk into your next doctor's appointment and demand a pivot based on proof.

  Hour 10: The Trajectory Review We look at the 10-hour arc. We audit the progress, adjust the parameters, and decide if the current strategy is producing the ROI your child deserves.

  Terms of Engagement

  • Rate: $60/hour (Paid as a $600 block).

  • Format: Available In-Person (local) or Virtually (global).

  • The CEO Commitment: By purchasing this block, you are committing to the "Hard Labor" of the 168-hour week. I provide the map; you lead the execution.

   

  1. The "No-Hassle" Reschedule Policy: CEO parents have lives that hit "Emergency Cliffs." You have a 48-hour cancellation window. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, it will count as one of your 10 appointments, email Erin at [email protected]

  2. The Tech Requirements: If virtual appointments make sure you have a stable internet connection and have your child present during the sessions. 

  3. The "Pre-Audit" Paperwork: Before the audit begins, you will need to send me eye and hip x-rays, and any other exams you think would be helpful for me to see the whole picture of your child's needs.
